The program aims to raise students’ awareness of the diverse career opportunities made available through the study of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). Australian Resources and Energy Employer Association (AREEA) has developed this program due to
a decline in these areas of study, despite a forecasted growth in demand for these skills for the future workforce.
